This Terms and Conditions Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the Fritsen Posts service. By using the https://fritsen.com website you (the “Member”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at the https://fritsen.com website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.
Description of Service:
Fritsen Posts is primarily a site that promotes various aspects of Wellness and Prevention through its Blogs. Fritsen Posts also provides Members with a means of posting listings such as business profiles, classifieds, etc.
The Member must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for Member’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees related with such connection.
Becoming a Registered Member:
You are able to view most of the content on this site without registering. However, to post any type of content on this site, you must first become a Registered Member. Once you obtain your user name and password, it is the member’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of that user name and password.
Any Applicable Fees:
The ability to post on https://fritsen.com is primarily free. There are, however, specific features of this site that Fritsen Posts charges fees for. These include purchasing extra features that the Member may wish to add to their post. All applicable fees are non-refundable. The financial transactions of these fees are all handled through PayPal. Therefore, members may also need to adhere to any applicable policies that PayPal have.
Open and Safe Marketplace:
Fritsen Posts provides the venue in which members can buy & sell products and services to other members and not involved in the actual transactions between members. Due to the fact that most of the content posted on https://fritsen.com is by other members, Fritsen Posts cannot guarantee the accuracy or legality of what other members are posting. Whenever engaging in any transaction with another member, it is your responsibility to use caution, common sense and scrutiny when engaging in any type of transaction. When members are posting on this site it is nearly impossible for Fritsen Posts to monitor every ad and post. However, if Fritsen Posts learns of any violations to this policy, such as, but not limited to posting prohibited items and services, Fritsen Posts reserves the right to ban that member from the site. If a member is banned from this site, it is to help maintain the integrity of this site for the benefit and safety of other members.
Posting Accuracy/Authorization:
When posting a Listing, Classified or Pet Profile, it is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that the information that is being posted is accurate. The Member must also ensure that any post that they do, as well as any image and/or file that is attached to their post, they have full authorization to do so. This includes any and all images, logos, etc. are not in any violation of any and all intellectual property laws such as copyright.
Prohibited Posts:
As much as Fritsen Posts encourages open discussion as well as an open marketplace, there are certain posts and content that are prohibited on this site.
No postings of any text, images, video, url links, etc., that are degrading, slanderous, promoting hatred, racist, or pornographic anywhere on this site.
Business Listings:No posting of escort services, massage parlors, strip clubs, gang organizations, terrorist organizations, or prostitution.
Items for sale: No posting of the following items; Firearms, tobacco, fireworks, explosives and/or explosive making materials, alcohol, human tissue/fluids/remains, drugs and drug paraphernalia, stolen property, personal information, mailing lists, counterfeit items, credit cards, pornographic materials, lottery tickets, recalled items.
Spam: No posting of several ads/posts that are of the same nature/content throughout the site. No posting of any content in inappropriate places for the sole purpose of drawing attention to a member’s internet site. Spamming has been an issue on our site in the past. Fritsen Posts reserves the right to ban/remove a member from the site if it has been determined that the member has been spamming the site.
Public Health: As indicated in the Description of Service, “Fritsen Posts is primarily a site that promotes various aspects of Wellness and Prevention through its Blogs.” Therefore, the posting of any kind of misinformation on this site is strictly prohibited!
Potential Fraud/Scams: Posting of any potential fraud or scams is strictly prohibited anywhere on this site! Any such post(s) will not only be deleted, but also has the potential of being reported to the appropriate authorities.
Note: In order to maintain the integrity and security of this site, Fritsen Posts reserves the right to edit, move or delete any text, image, video, url link, etc., placed on this site by a member without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The site is provided by Fritsen Posts on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fritsen Posts makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Fritsen Posts shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. Fritsen Posts disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, therefore the above-referenced exclusion is inapplicable.
Limitation of Liability
Fritsen Postsshall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular Fritsen Posts shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, rising out of or related to this web site or the information contained in it. Despite what is outlined in the previous paragraph, is we are found to be liable, our liability to you or any third party, is limited to the refund of total fees you paid to us over the course of 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability.

Member agrees to indemnify and hold Fritsen Posts, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other user of the Service using Member’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
Modifications and Interruption to Service:
Fritsen Posts reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. Fritsen Posts shall not be liable to Member or any third party should Fritsen Posts exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Fritsen Posts does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
Third-Party Sites:
Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Governing Jurisdiction of the Courts Ontario, Canada:

Member assumes all knowledge of applicable law and is responsible for compliance with any such laws. Member may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable provincial, state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Term of Agreement:
The terms and conditions outlined in this agreement are indefinite.
